Recently, I got into a row with a prospect. In the middle of the exchange, I got quiet and opted to be kind.
Instantly, the tone of the exchange shifted as kindness took over the dynamics of the issue.
Suddenly, the intractable and impossible became tractable and possible. A resolution was reached!
Sometimes you have to adjust the temperature and bring kindness into the dynamics.
That's when progress is achieved, and when all is well.
