Well, it's a New Year. That means it's time for making resolutions.
WHAT? ME and RESOLUTIONS?
I'm happy to report that my vow has always been to keep my weight under control.
On January 2025 I was 152 pounds. In 2026, I was 149.
What's my secret?
Dieting? No.
Eating low calorie foods and not munching on snacks. No.
Joining Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig or other similar programs that you pay for consultation and attend meetings.
NO.
What do I do?
I fast. I once fasted for 30 days...drank water only and under a dietitian's care.
If you can get past the first three days, you can get to 30. And I made it. Dr. Alvenia Fulton's counsel took me from 192 pounds to 149.
Once I lost the weight, I vowed not to gain it back.
So, I fast once or twice a week and eat reasonably.
If you have the discipline, this is the most effective way to lose the weight and keep it off.
